2. A Quick, Serious Offer

If there's alignment, we'll ask for some high-level financials and a few key details. Once we review them, we move quickly to a Letter of Intent (LOI) — often within 1–2 weeks of our first call.

3. Efficient Due Diligence

Due diligence typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on the business. We manage it professionally, keep things efficient, and communicate clearly throughout. You’ll never feel buried in busywork.

4. A Clean, Timely Close

Most of our deals close within 60 days of LOI. We tailor each structure to suit the real needs of the seller and the business — whether that means a full buyout or a phased transition.

What We Look For

We acquire profitable, established businesses, especially those with strong customer relationships, operational history, and a unique edge in their market. Most businesses we buy generate between $1M and $10M in annual profit, and we’re especially interested in Australian companies, though we’re open across sectors.
