Founder & Managing Director, PPR Capital
Nikita Gossain
At KPMG, Nikita led some of the largest and most complex transactions in Australia, from billion dollar acquisitions to IPOs and public sector agreements. That work built her technical expertise and, just as importantly, the judgement needed to manage the fragile moments that matter most in a business transition.
In 2020, she founded PPR Capital to give small to medium-sized, owner led businesses a future beyond the founder. These are stable, often mature companies built carefully over decades. Too often they disappear, not because they are not viable, but because the transition to new ownership is not managed with the care it requires.
Nikita's work has earned recognition from institutions such as Cornell University, which named her a Johnson 10 Under 10 Notable Alumni honoree in 2022, and Forbes, which named her to its 30 Under 30 Asia 2024 list in Finance and Venture Capital. She has built a reputation for transparent communication, respectful negotiations, and delivering transitions that are both fast and well executed.

Sport
Sport has been a constant throughout her life, whether she’s on the pickleball court, lining up a putt, or taking the occasional leap from a perfectly good plane.
Owning businesses myself, I have seen up close what goes into building one. It carries years of effort, responsibility, and part of a person's life. Taking that on is not something I take lightly.
